Voice logging with Babble
Log baby feeds, sleep and nappies by voice
Yes. Wobble's Babble feature can turn one spoken update into several baby-care logs. It shows numbered cards for you to check, edit or remove before saving them together. Babble needs an internet connection and processes microphone audio through Google's Gemini service.
What can I say to Wobble?
You do not need to learn a command language. Say what happened and include the details you remember. Babble can capture nursing, bottles, solids, sleep, nappies, pumping and baby medication.

Wobble structures what it understood from the session, so check every card before saving. It does not decide a medication dose or infer that an event happened because it would make the timeline look complete.
One ramble can become several logs
Babble prepares a new numbered card for each distinct event. You can say “delete the third one” or “change the last log to 9:15 pm” while the session is open. You can also tap a card to change its time or remove it before saving.
Nothing is written to your timeline until you save the prepared cards. If you cancel the session, the batch is discarded.
Voice or one-handed taps?
Voice is useful when you are holding a baby, washing pump parts or trying to recall several events at once. One-handed taps are better when the room is quiet, you are offline, or you do not want microphone audio processed by a third party.
The current baby-log voice button opens Babble. Babble requires a connection. Manual logging is local-first and works offline, with changes queued to sync later.
How Babble handles audio
Before the first session, Wobble asks for consent and explains that Babble sends live microphone audio to Google’s Gemini service. It only streams during an active Babble session. The current app does not offer a separate on-device voice mode for baby logs.
Babble also needs one baby selected before it starts. It does not run from the “All babies” view and it cannot voice-log an event for both twins in one action. Select the relevant baby first.
The free plan includes 20 Babble sessions that save at least one log each calendar month. Premium removes that monthly limit. Opening Babble and leaving without saving does not use one of those sessions.
